How do I create an account?
- Click the “Sign Up” link at the top right corner of our site.
- Fill out the requested fields and click “Submit”.
Is my information safe?
- Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Additionally, we do not store your credit card information on any of our servers, computers or network. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I log in to my account?
- Click the “Sign In” link in upper right corner of our site and enter the username and password you provided when you created your account. Click the “Sign In” button to complete the log in process.
How do I delete my account?
- Please contact us at info@xwell.com and we can help you with this if so desired.
How much is my shipping?

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
- Click the "Sign In" link at the top right-hand corner of our site and then click “Forgot Password” on the following Member Sign In page. Under the Sign In button, you'll see a link that says "Forgot Password". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I change my account information or profile?
- Log in to your account on Treat.com, click “My Profile” and make the desired updates. What if something is wrong with my order or I’d like to make a change to my order? Please contact us at info@xwell.com and we will do our best to fix it as quickly as possible.
What if I haven’t received my order?
- If you haven’t received your order, there’s a chance it may still be on its way. Please use the clickable tracking number you received in your order confirmation email to determine the status of delivery. If you still haven’t received your order after 7 business days following receipt of your tracking number, please contact us at info@xwell.com.
What is your return policy?

When will my order ship?
- Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your order has shipped that includes tracking information.
Do you ship internationally?
- No. We currently only ship to all US states and territories, including PO Box, APO and FPO addresses.
What are my payment choices?
- We take all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover), as well as shopPay, Google Pay and MetaPay.
