Shipping & Return Policy
The unique products we offer are sourced and shipped to all 50 states and US territories, including PO Box/APO/FPO addresses. Once you make a Treat purchase, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details and information about how it will be shipped to you. Treat orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days and you will receive a confirmation email along with tracking information once it’s shipped.
Shipping Costs and Taxes
Standard Shipping cost of your Treat purchase is $6.50 and most orders are delivered within 3-4 business days once shipped. All orders $75 or more will receive free shipping via Standard Shipping after all applicable discounts. Applicable sales tax based on destination will be added to your purchase where required by law.
At Treat we try to make sure your experience exceeds your expectations. Sometimes though, things happen. And when they do, we are committed to fixing them—simple as that. Treat will refund the full purchase price of any unused or defective product returned in its original package within 45 days.
If you want to make a return, contact email@example.com and include your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return and a brief description of your reason for returning the item. A team member will contact you within 24-48 business hours to initiate the refund process. Treat is not responsible for loss or damage caused in shipping of returns.
Not Done Just Yet…Please Read The Fine Print
Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment used for the transaction and will be in the amount of the product price less the return label fee if applicable. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
Unless otherwise specified, all products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
